It is best to store the product in a dry, cool and shaded place. Storing in shaded places means that frużelina retains a higher concentration of vitamins and minerals for a much longer period of time. Once the product has been opened, store it in the refrigerator.

The blueberries from which the product was made come from natural cultivation, from a farm where no pesticides are used.

Blueberry frużelina was prepared using the traditional method. The blueberries were thoroughly washed and then pitted. I fried the blueberries prepared in this way in a pot with a thick bottom. Frying causes the water to evaporate and the sugars to caramelize, i.e. the process of food darkening, which contributes to the formation of caramel as a result of the high temperature acting on the natural sugars of the fruit. This process is very important in the preserves I prepare, because it helps bring out the true flavour of blueberries. To obtain the consistency of a delicate gel, at the end of frying I added potato starch, and then erythritol and lemon juice to taste. I placed everything in jars and gently pasteurized them
