We could tell you how many spoons of chocolate to use per cup, but you'd just add more anyway. Our suggestion is to start by adding the chocolate into about 50 ml of hot milk of your choice, then stir until dissolved. Then add the rest of the milk, heating as you stir :)

Sweet! We've left our luxury hot chocolate with a sweetness that suits many of us, but we know some of you out there will prefer a sweeter kick. If this is the case, pick up a Coconut Blossom Sugar pack and slowly add to taste. Delicious!
