Pumpkin ketchup without preservatives
Pumpkin ketchup was prepared without added sugar. The noticeable sweetness comes only from the vegetables and herbs themselves. I cut all the vegetables into cubes and sprinkle each one separately with 1 tablespoon of Kłodawa salt and leave it overnight. After this time, I cook each product separately for half an hour. Then I blend and combine it in one pot. Steam the vegetables prepared in this way in one pot. Then I prepare a marinade based on my own tomato puree and pour it over the vegetables and cook until thickening. I place hot ketchup in jars. The vegetables from which I prepare ketchup come from natural cultivation. Thanks to this, ketchup has its unique taste and aroma.
